Raddish Soup




(A)
300 to 500g meat bone (chicken / pork)

1 big raddish
2 carrots
50g dried oyster
30g dates
30g dai tou choy
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1. Add all (A) into the deep pan with water
2. Boil about 3 hours
