Raddish Soup




(A)
300 to 500g meat bone (chicken / pork)

1 big raddish
2 carrots
50g dried oyster
30g dates
30g dai tou choy
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1. Add all (A) into the deep pan with water
2. Boil about 3 hours

ABC Soup

(A)
300 to 500g meat bone (chicken / pork)

2 carrots (chopped cube)
2 potatoes (chopped cube)
2 onion (chopped cube)
3 tomato (chopped cube)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Add all (A) into the deep pan with water
2. Boil about 3 hours.

Grilled Fish


300 to 500g Fish Fillet

(A)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon cooking oil


1. Mix ingredient (A) together. and marinade the fish for 2 hours
2. Grill in a preheat grill at 200'c for 30 minutes.

Ginger, Mushroom, Chicken with Soya Sauce




(A)
2 table spoons oil
1 table spoons sesame oil
300g Yong Ginger - slices
1 to 2 glove Garlic - chopped

(B)
3 or 4 Chicken whole legs - cut in pieces
200g Mushroom - Soaked


(C) Seasoning Sauce (Mixed together in a bowl)
5 table spoon light soya sauce
1 tea spoon dark soya sauce
1 tea spoon sugar
2 table spoon cooking wine
300 to 500ml water

Optional Igredients
50g Dried Oyster

(D) Topping
Spring Onion ( cut in 2 inc)

1. Heat up the oil in to a medium sauce pan or work.
Add in (A) to fried until fragrant.
2. Add in chicken fried 5 mins, than add in mushroom fried 3 min.
3. Add in (C) Seasoning sauce. Boil about 30 to 45 mins.
4. Topping with Spring Onion, and SERVE.

Gon Jin Har Lok - Dried Fried Prawns in Soya Sauce

(A)
2 table spoon oil
Ginger in slices
2 table spoon Garlic (chopped)

(B)
10 to 12 big Prawns

(C) Seasoning Sauce
2 table spoon Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 tea spoon pepper
1/2 tea spoon sesame oil
2 table spoon cooking wine
(Mix (C) ingredients together in a bowl)

(D) Topping
Fresh Spring Onion (cut in 2 inc)

1. Heat up oil with suace pan or wok.
Add in (A) ingredients
2. Add in prawns, and fried until fragrant.
3. Add in (C) for seasoning fried till sauce thickened.
4. Serve with topping (D).

Salted Fish & Vege Fried Rice


2 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon white Pepper
1/4 Salt
(Beat eggs, pepper & salt together in a small bowl)

Veges - short bean, choy sum, or kailan (Chopped Slice)
Salted Fish (small cube)

Onion (chopped small cube)
Garlic (chopped small cube)
1 tablespoon cooking oil

White Rice

1. Add oil into a medium size wok or pan
2. Add in onion, garlic, salted fish & veges cook 5 minutes
3. Add in white rice 3 minutes
4. Add in egg cook about 5 minutes

Sweet Potato with Ginger


400g Sweet Potato (chopped cube)

50g Ginger (slices)

4 tablespoon sugar

5 Pandan Leaves

1. Boil water in the medium size bowl
2. Add all sweet potato, ginger, sugar and pandan leave into the bowl.
3. Boil about 45min to 1 hour or until the sweet potato turn soft.

(Tao Si) Fermented Bean Steam Pork / Chicken



250 to 300g Meat (chicken or pork cube)

50g Fermented Bean Dried
1 tablespoon ginger (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon galic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon chili (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar

1. Mixed all meat, ginger, garlic, chili oil sugar and beans together into a plate
2. Put in fridge 1 hour
3. Steam about 1/2 hour

Lemon and Poppy Seed Cake

50g poppy seeds

1/2 cup milk

250g butter

1 tablespoon grated lemon rind

250 sugar

4 eggs

330g self-raising flour

100g plain flour1 cup sour cream

1. Preheat oven 160'C. Grease cake pan

2. Beat butter, rind and sugar until flulfy

3. Add eggs, beat

4. Stir in sifted flours, cream, milk and poppy seed

5. Spread the mixture into pan, baked about 1 hour
